What the Earth will be like in 10,000 years, according to scientists, a recent Washington Post article by Mooney will give you a whole new perspective on just what kind of coastal and climate changes we are talking about.  We tend to project 100 years into the future, but projecting out thousands of years forces you to rethink just how much damage we are doing to our planet.
